Terms of Service

By using BaliUSDT services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

BaliUSDT provides over-the-counter (OTC) crypto-to-fiat exchange services with physical IDR cash delivery. We facilitate direct person-to-person transactions where users exchange cryptocurrency for Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) cash.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the wallet address when sending crypto.
• You are responsible for paying any network transaction fees for sending crypto.
• You confirm that the crypto you are exchanging is rightfully yours.
• You agree to comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

3. Transaction Process

All transactions follow our "Cash First" protocol: the agent presents and counts IDR cash in your presence. You verify the amount and authenticity. Only after you confirm satisfaction do you initiate the crypto transfer. This sequence is designed to eliminate your risk.

4. Limitations of Liability

BaliUSDT is not responsible for:

• Transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses or unsupported blockchain networks
• Market fluctuations in crypto prices between rate agreement and transaction completion
• Network delays, failed transactions, or blockchain congestion
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service

5. Privacy & Due Diligence

We value client privacy and follow due diligence procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption. Large transactions may be subject to internal risk assessment in accordance with standard procedures.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Funding terrorism or criminal enterprises
• Circumventing sanctions or trade restrictions
• Transactions involving stolen funds or fraudulent activity

7. Price and Rate Agreement

Rates are quoted at the time of agreement via WhatsApp or in person. Rates are locked for 15 minutes from the time of agreement. Beyond that window, rates may be re-quoted based on market conditions.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will work in good faith to resolve it directly. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be handled under Indonesian law in the jurisdiction of Bali, Indonesia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
